Very simple and surprisingly delicious dairy-free and egg-free chocolate cake recipe (without needing egg-substitue or butter-substitute!). Stumbled upon this when making a birthday cake for our three-year-old’s birthday party (her best friend has dairy and egg allergies) and it turned out very well. Everyone loved it! Goes very well with the vegan chocolate frosting recipe (it’s our next post)

This is all you need for the cake – 

185g flour
3T cocoa
250g sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
15ml white vinegar
90ml oil
250ml water
1 tsp vanilla essence
